Upon arrival, in your room, you will find bathrobes, slippers, towels and a full courtesy kit with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, intimate hygiene soap, vanity equipment, caps and a soap bar.
The Italian breakfast, included in the overnight stay, is sweet and balanced, with also the possibility to consume salty foods.

Our land is the most precious asset we have, and that’s why we must respect and preserve it. We have always made small choices that go in this direction. Our farm produces organic products which are controlled by ICEA. For us, it’s a pleasure to produce quality grapes and oil, and this results in having a healthier and cleaner environment.
When we started the restoration of our building, we knew that it would be a challenge with some dangers, but we succeeded and we want to leave the result to you to judge.
In the project, fundamental was the part of environmental protection and the use of renewable sources of energy. We have carried out a restoration and conservation/consolidation, but still respecting the landscape and the environmental impact.
We improved what we had by refurbishing it. The entire structure has been reinforced for greater static safety, and thermal insulation has been performed to avoid heat dispersion and/or cooling. As for cooling and heating, we use pumps with renewable electric energy, which are powered by a photovoltaic system. The energy we produce in excess is channeled to heat the water.
Please note that it is forbidden to smoke inside the closed spaces, in order to protect the health of our guests and to keep the air clean. We are at 102 mts above sea level, and this prevents the formation of fine dust or fog. We are just what you can say as "a happy island".
Water is a precious commodity. We choose to use it in glass bottles, and we pick them up at the municipal "Water House" in order to avoid using plastic containers. Also, as a farm, we recover rain water, which we reuse to irrigate our fields.
All light bulbs in our facility are energy-saving, as well as all our appliances. The rooms are equipped with sensors which, automatically interrupt the heating and/or cooling process in case of opening of the doors/windows.
